We started Ram Manglam Energy And Constructionprivate Limited a while back now. We are over on Lane No-13 in Banasthali Enclave, which is part of Nehrugram. It is a busy enough spot for us. Mostly, we deal with building projects and some energy-related work that comes our way. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and papers everywhere, but that is just how we work. People around here know where to find us if they need something fixed or built. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks and chairs where we figure out the day's tasks. Sometimes the traffic on the way to Nehrugram is a real pain, but we manage to get to the sites on time usually. It is a lot of hard work, being out in the sun or dealing with suppliers who forget to send things. We have a small crew and we've known each other for years. We just try to get the jobs done so we can move on to the next one. It isn't always pretty, and sometimes we have to redo a bit of work if it doesn't look right the first time. That's just the nature of construction, really. We keep our tools in the back and try to keep things organized, though it never stays that way for long. If you are walking down Lane 13, you might see our sign. It’s nothing special, but it gets the job done. We just keep our heads down and work.
