Rajesh Steels

Rajesh Steels has been operating out of Plot No. 136 in New Loha Mandi for several years now. We are right near Shivani Transport, so there are always plenty of big trucks moving around this part of the lane. The workspace isn't anything special to look at, just a solid gate and a large area where we keep all the steel stock piled up. Most of our day is spent either unloading new material or helping people load up their orders. It can get pretty chaotic when three or four trucks arrive at the same time, but we usually manage to get through it without too much trouble. The neighbors are mostly in the same line of business, so there’s always someone around to talk shop with or grab a quick snack from the local stalls. The weather really dictates how the day goes; when it rains, everything slows down, and when it’s hot, we try to get the heavy lifting done early in the morning. We don’t have a big fancy sign or a polished lobby. Our desks are covered in notebooks and invoices because that’s how we keep track of things. It’s a simple operation where people just come in, get what they need, and head out. We’ve seen the Mandi change over the years, but our spot at Plot 136 stays pretty much the same day after day. It's just a lot of steel and hard work for the guys.
