You’ll find Rajendra Golcha at 3760, KGB Ka Rasta, right near the 3rd Cross in Johari Bazar. Being in the heart of the bazaar means it’s always crowded and full of life. It’s a bit of a maze to get here if you aren't familiar with the alleys. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. The space is small, but we use every inch of it. It’s more of a traditional setup where people come in and talk to us face-to-face. We don’t do much in the way of fancy tech; mostly we just rely on the way things have been done for years. There's a lot of history in these walls and in the streets outside. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked by a cart, and we just wait it out. It's part of the charm of working in such an old part of the city. We aren’t a big corporation with branches everywhere. This is the only place we are. We deal with whatever comes our way, whether it’s a regular customer or someone who just wandered in. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a break. It’s a busy, noisy, and sometimes messy way to work, but it suits us just fine. We just try to keep things moving and stay busy day by day.
