We are over at 47, Gaurav Nagar in Jaipur. Rajasthan Tours is basically us sitting in this office and trying to organize trips for people who want to see the state. We’ve been here for a while now. The office is usually full of maps and brochures that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers and hotel owners across Rajasthan. Some days are really busy, especially when the tourist season starts and everyone wants to see the forts at the same time. We don't have a big fancy lobby. It's just a few desks and some chairs for when guests drop by to pick up their itineraries. We know the roads pretty well, and we know which ones get flooded when it rains. It’s just us working through the logistics. We have a small tea kettle in the corner that gets a lot of use. Sometimes things don't go perfectly, like a car breaking down, and then we have to scramble to fix it. That's just part of the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, we just want to make sure the people who book with us actually get to where they are going without too much trouble. We usually leave the windows open to get a breeze, even if it brings in some dust from the street. It’s just how we work here every day.
