Rainbow Travels

Our office for Rainbow Travels is over in Vidhyadhar Nagar at the Central Spine. We are in block B 30. If you know this area, you know it stays pretty busy with a lot of people moving around. We have got a small shop here where we handle travel bookings for whoever walks in. It is not very large, just enough room for a couple of computers and some plastic chairs for when people stop by to chat about their holiday plans. Jamdoli is where several of our regular drivers live, so we are often on the phone talking to them about schedules. The Central Spine is a good location because everything we need is close by. We usually get into the office around ten in the morning and stay until late evening depending on how many tickets we need to issue. The walls are painted a simple white, and we have a few photos of places we have sent people to in the past. It is nothing fancy, just a regular workplace. We handle a lot of train and bus bookings mostly, but we do flights too if people need them. Sometimes we get really busy and the phone does not stop ringing for an hour. Other times it is quiet and we just sit and catch up on all the paperwork. We try to keep things straightforward and do not use any complicated plans. (248 words)
