Rahul Buildcom

Rahul Buildcom is run from C- 90 in Anand Vihar. This is a residential area, so it’s much more peaceful than a commercial district. We use a part of the house as our main office. It’s a very casual setup. You might see some of our family members or a pet around while we are working. We have a couple of rooms dedicated to the business where we keep all our building supplies, samples, and architectural drawings. There are usually pieces of tile, wood samples, and bricks lying around the office. We spend our days talking to contractors and checking on various building sites, but this is our home base. When people come to visit us, we usually sit in the front room and have a glass of water or some tea. It feels more like a visit than a formal meeting. We’ve lived in Anand Vihar for a long time, so we know all the neighbors. We try to keep our work organized, but there’s always a pile of papers on the desk that needs sorting. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just focus on building things properly and making sure the people we work for are satisfied with the results. It’s a small, family-style business, and we like the personal connection we have with our clients. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just a reliable one.
