Our place, Radsum Infra Private Limited, is located at Flat No. 102 on Plot No. 28. We are right on Nannu Marg in Devi Nagar, just off the New Sanganer Road in Sodala. It is a central location, which makes it easy for us to get around Jaipur. The office is inside a residential-style building, so it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have a small team of people who handle all the infrastructure projects we take on. There isn't a lot of space, so we have to stay organized, though sometimes the files still end up in piles on the floor. We spend most of our time on the phone or out at different sites. Sodala is always busy, so there is a lot of noise from the main road, but we have gotten used to it. We do not have any big mission statements or marketing slogans. We just show up every day and try to make sure our projects are moving along. Sometimes things go wrong, like a supplier being late or a machine breaking down, and we just deal with it. We like the local feel of being in Devi Nagar. You can get good food nearby and everyone knows the local landmarks. It is a simple, honest way to run a business. We are not trying to be the biggest, just reliable for the people who work with us.
