Radhika Industries

You can find Radhika Industries over at H-34 in the Jhotwara Industrial Area. Being in an industrial zone means it’s always noisy with trucks moving and machines humming in the background. Our unit isn’t the biggest on the block, but we keep it running steadily. We do a lot of manufacturing work here, mostly focusing on small parts and industrial components. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings or bits of scrap, but we clear it out at the end of every shift. It’s a hot environment in the summer, but we’re used to it. The team here is made up of local guys who have been doing this kind of work for most of their lives. We don’t have any fancy reception area; when you walk in, you’re pretty much right there in the middle of the production. Most of our clients are other businesses in the nearby area who need things made to their specific requirements. We don’t do much in the way of marketing because most of our work comes from word of mouth or long-standing relationships. It’s a straightforward operation where the focus is just on making things that work. We have a few old machines that still run perfectly and some newer ones we’ve added over the years. It’s just a place where people work hard and try to get the orders out on time without making any big claims or promises we can't keep.
