Radhika Industries

Radhika Industries is out in the Sarna Doongar Industrial Area in Jhotwara. Our spot is H 1-34. If you have ever been to this part of Jhotwara, you know it is all about manufacturing and hard work. The roads are a bit rough, and there is always a layer of dust on everything, but that is just what you expect in an industrial zone. We have a large shed where the actual work happens and a small office area off to the side. It gets pretty loud when the machines are running, so we have to shout sometimes to hear each other. We have been here for a while, and the building shows its age a little bit, but it serves its purpose. Most of our days are spent checking on the production lines and making sure the quality is what it should be. We have a group of workers who have been with us for a long time. In the summer, it gets incredibly hot inside, but we have big fans to keep the air moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most modern place out there. We just focus on getting the orders finished and out the door on time. Lunchtime is usually a quiet hour when everyone sits together in the shade. It is a tough environment, but we are used to the rhythm of the machines and the industrial life.
