Our shop is tucked away in Chandpole Bazar, specifically at the Jat Ke Kuwe Ka Rasta. You can find us at Tapadya Bhawan, number 815. It’s a really crowded area, but that’s just how things are in this part of the city. We’ve got shelves absolutely full of all sorts of tools and equipment. It’s often a bit dusty in here because of all the inventory we move in and out every day. If you need something for a specific job, we probably have it sitting in a box or tucked on a high shelf somewhere. We aren't the type to have big, fancy displays or a lot of decorations. Most of the time, our work is just about finding the right wrench or a specific drill bit for someone who’s in a hurry to get back to their project. The street right outside is always noisy with motorbikes and people walking past. We’ve been in this exact spot for a good bit of time now. Working in the bazar means you get to know the neighbors and the other shopkeepers pretty well. We open up the shutters early and stay until the evening. It’s a lot of lifting heavy boxes and checking what we need to reorder. Some days are much slower than others, which finally gives us some time to reorganize the back room. People know us for being in this specific corner. We don't use much technology, mostly just pen and paper. It works for us and keeps things simple.
