You’ll find Punya Pratap Enterprises at number 109 in Panchsheel Colony, which is over in Rajander Nagar. It’s a bit more of a residential-meets-commercial area than a heavy industrial zone. We’ve been running things from here for a while now. Our place is basically a small office and storage area where we manage our business. We aren’t a big company with a lot of departments; it’s mostly just a few of us handling everything from orders to deliveries. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main roads, which we like. Sometimes the delivery vans have a bit of trouble finding the exact house number, but we usually just step outside to flag them down. We don’t have any polished marketing materials or a big sales team. We just talk to our customers directly and try to get them what they need. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We’ve got a lot of stuff tucked away in the back, and the front office is usually piled with papers and samples. It feels like a home-grown business because that’s exactly what it is. We appreciate the people in the colony and try to keep things low-key and professional without being stuffy. We take a lunch break when we can, usually from one of the local spots nearby. It's a decent way to earn a living and we've gotten to know the area quite well over the years we've been at 109.
