You can find us on Station Road, right on Vanasthali Marg. We are very close to Hotel Shalimar, which is the landmark most people use to find us. Being near the station means there is always something going on. There’s a constant flow of people, cars, and rickshaws outside our doors. Agarwal Business Centre isn't some sleek, modern skyscraper. It’s a practical building that has been part of this street for quite a while. We spend our days managing the space and talking to the different people who come through. It can be a bit loud with the trains and the traffic, but you get used to the energy of the place. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or a corporate mission statement on the wall. We just try to keep the place running and make sure everyone has what they need. Sometimes the elevator acts up, or the hallway needs a bit of a scrub, and we just handle it as it comes. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. We know the tea sellers and the shop owners all along Vanasthali Marg. It feels like being part of a big, messy family sometimes. We don't pretend to be the biggest or the most modern place in town. We are just here, right by the station, doing our daily business and helping our tenants do theirs. It’s a busy life, but it never gets boring around here for any of us.
