Priyanshu Building Material

We have been running Priyanshu Building Material for a while now. The shop is right on Karnasar Main Road in Hingonia. It’s a good spot because we are quite close to the Corporation Bank and the Govt Hospital, so people usually know where to find us when they are passing by. Most days, we are busy with trucks coming in and out. We keep all the basic stuff like cement, bricks, and sand that people need for building houses or fixing walls. It gets a bit dusty around here, but that is just how it is with construction supplies. Sometimes the road gets crowded, especially near the hospital, but we manage. My brother and I take turns at the counter. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just a desk and some chairs where people can sit and talk about what they need for their projects. We try to keep everything organized, though it's hard when you have heavy bags stacked up everywhere. If someone needs something for their roof or a foundation, they just stop by and we figure out the loading. We see a lot of the same faces from around the village and the nearby areas. It is mostly local work. We started small and just kept at it over the years. Nothing too complicated about how we do things. We just open up early and stay until the work for the day is finished.
