Ankit Building Material Supplier

We are located at 117/437 Mansarovar, right in the Agarwal Farm area. We sit right opposite the shopping center, so there is always a lot of movement and people coming and going. Dealing with building materials means our yard is full of sand, bricks, and bags of cement. It’s a dusty business, and my boots are never clean. We have a small cabin where we handle the billing and talk to the contractors. It’s not a fancy place at all. We have a couple of plastic chairs and an old fan that makes a clicking sound when it’s on high. People come in looking for stuff to finish their houses or fix a wall. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with the drivers who bring the supplies in. The sun can be pretty brutal out here in the open, but we just deal with it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the people in Mansarovar get what they need for their construction. It’s a lot of physical work and counting things out. Sometimes the loads are late because of traffic near the shopping center, but we try to keep things moving. It’s a basic, honest way to make a living and we’ve been at it for a good while now. We just stay focused on the materials.
