Ajmera Building Material & Water Supply

Our business is located on Jhotwara Benar Road, right opposite the Satyawali Phatak. If you know the area, you know that the railway crossing or phatak can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, but it makes our place very easy to find. We deal with building materials and water supply, so our yard is always full of piles of sand, bricks, and bags of cement. We also have the tankers ready to go for water deliveries. The office is just a small room at the front where we handle the billing and take orders over the phone. It is a very busy spot, especially in the mornings when construction sites are starting their day and need supplies delivered quickly. Benar Road has seen a lot of growth lately, so there are always new buildings going up nearby. We spend a lot of time coordinating the drivers and making sure they don't get stuck for too long when the train is passing at the crossing. The dust from the cement and sand is everywhere, so it's a bit of a messy environment, but that’s the nature of building work. We don't have a website or any fancy advertisements. People usually just see our sign across from the phatak or hear about us from their neighbors. We are just local people providing basic things that every construction project needs to keep moving forward.
