Prenchand Trading Company

Our place is right at 1 Gopalpura Byepass in Mahavir Colony. Pretty easy to spot since we are opposite India Gate, which most people know around here. Trucks and cars stay busy on the bypass all day, so there is always noise coming from the street. Inside, things are mostly quiet unless we are moving stuff around or talking to someone who stopped by. Starting Prenchand Trading Company happened because we knew the area well and it seemed like a good spot for a warehouse. A few desks and some old chairs make up the office part where we sit to do the books. Most of the floor is taken up by whatever we are trading that week. Dust gets in with the windows open, but the breeze is worth it. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside for a bit. Having lived around this part of the city for years, we know the neighbors well. It is not a fancy setup, just a regular workplace with some tea stains on the tables and a lot of ledgers piled up. We keep the doors open during the day so people can see we are in. If the gate is shut, we probably went to get lunch or run an errand. Simple ways of working fit us just fine. We don't plan on moving anytime soon because being near the gate is convenient.
