You can find Pratap Foundations Private Limited over on Khatipura Road in Jhotwara. We are based in B-21 Shakti Bhawan, which is part of Shivaji Colony here in Jaipur. It’s a pretty standard workspace where we handle all the foundation work and planning. Working in Jaipur means dealing with a lot of traffic and the changing seasons, which definitely affects how we schedule our projects. We don't really have a marketing team or anyone to polish up our image. It is just us, sitting in the office or being out at the construction sites. Some people think foundation work is simple, but it takes a lot of attention to detail and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. We deal with those issues as they come up. Our team is a mix of folks who have been doing this for years and some newer hands learning the ropes. We stay away from using corporate jargon because it doesn't really fit what we do every day. We just want to make sure the base of whatever is being built is solid. The office in Shivaji Colony is usually pretty busy with people coming in and out, discussing blueprints or checking on material deliveries. We don't have a grand mission statement or anything like that. We just focus on the job at hand and try to stay organized in the middle of all the dust and noise that comes with this job.
