Poonia Tours & Travels

Poonia Tours & Travels is based at 225 Vaishali Nagar, specifically in the Gangasagar B block. Vaishali Nagar is a big area, but we are tucked away in a spot that’s relatively easy to find once you get your bearings. We have been at this address for a good number of years. The office is on the ground floor, so people can just walk right in. It’s not a very big space, just enough for a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk. We have maps pinned to the wall, though some of them are getting a bit old and curled at the edges. My nephew helps me out with the computer stuff because things change so fast these days. We spend a lot of time talking to folks about where they want to go and how to get there. Sometimes we just chat about the weather or how the neighborhood is growing. There are a lot of new shops opening up in Gangasagar B lately, which brings more foot traffic. We like being part of the local community. It’s not about being the biggest company or anything like that for us. We just want to make sure the person standing in front of us gets what they need without any confusion. We keep the kettle going for most of the afternoon. It's just a regular, local business. We aren't trying to be anything fancy, just helpful to those who stop by. We usually stay open until about six.
