Pinnacle Holidays

Pinnacle Holidays is located at 212 M I Road, which is one of the older and more famous streets in this area. Our office is tucked in there among all the other shops and businesses. It’s a pretty old building, so it has that classic feel to it. We don't have any bright signs or modern furniture inside. It is just a place with some maps and a couple of old computers where we work on holiday plans. Being on M I Road means there are always tourists walking around, and some of them pop in just to ask for directions or see what we do. We spend our hours talking to hotels and checking prices for different tours. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we don't mind it. The noise from the street is always there in the background. We have a small staff and we all do a bit of everything, from answering emails to making the morning tea. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the people who come to 212 M I Road get their tickets and bookings sorted without a headache. Sometimes we stay late when it’s busy, but that’s just how the travel business goes. We’ve been at this address for quite a while now and we know the neighborhood regulars. It’s a simple operation, really, nothing too flashy or corporate about us.
