We are located on Diggi Malpura Road, right near the Sharaf Textile building in the Madrampura area. It is a part of town that has a lot of textile activity going on, so we fit right in with the surroundings. Our workspace is not anything special to look at from the outside, just a plain building where we do our daily work. The road outside can get quite dusty with all the traffic passing by, but once you step inside, it is all about the fabric. We have rows of tables where we lay everything out to check for defects or to start the cutting process. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, especially when the sun hits the front of the building, so we keep the windows open for whatever breeze we can get. We have a small team here and most of us live nearby, so the commute is not too bad. We spend our hours mostly focused on the machines and making sure the stitching holds up like it should. There is always a pile of scrap fabric in the corner that needs sorting, and the smell of fresh cloth is everywhere. We do not have any big corporate offices or fancy meeting rooms. Instead, we usually just sit around the main table to talk about what needs to be done for the day. It is a simple way of working, but it keeps us busy and the day goes by fast.
