PANACHE BUILDTECH LLP is situated at Plot No 18 in Golimar Garden. We are right on Shankar Bhawan Road in Jaipur. It’s a busy street and there’s always something happening outside. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a small group of us trying to make a go of the building trade. Our office is functional and a bit crowded with blueprints and material samples. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. Most of our work is done out in the sun at various sites around the city. We’ve learned that things rarely go according to plan in construction. A truck breaks down or the rain starts just as you’re pouring concrete. You just have to deal with it and move on. We get a lot of local people coming in to ask about building a new room or fixing up an old shop. We don't give them a scripted speech. We just talk like regular neighbors. Some days the paperwork is overwhelming and we stay late just to get it out of the way. We prefer being on the site anyway. Jaipur has changed a lot since we started, but we just keep doing what we know. We don't have a big mission or a vision statement. We just want to build things that last and get paid for our work. It’s a simple way to live and it keeps us busy.
