Padamprabhu Builders Llp is based over in Jawahar Nagar, at the address 4-Ka-8. It’s a pretty well-known part of Jaipur, and we’ve been here for some time now. Our office is integrated into the neighborhood, so it feels more like a local house than a cold business center. We spend our days dealing with all the bits and pieces that come with being builders. In the 302004 area, there’s always something being renovated or built, so we stay fairly busy. The office is often a bit cluttered with samples of tiles, wood, and various project files scattered across the tables. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit; usually, you just walk in and find one of us working on a laptop or talking on the phone with a contractor. It’s a very relaxed but hardworking atmosphere. We focus on the building side of things and don’t spend much time on marketing or trying to sound important. People usually find us by word of mouth or by just walking past our door in Jawahar Nagar. Sometimes the street gets crowded with cars, and the noise of the city is always there, but we just get on with it. We like being in this part of Jaipur because it’s central and has a real community feel. That’s how we run Padamprabhu Builders too—just local folks doing construction work. It's a simple life and we like it.
