Padam Fashion & Retail Private Limited

Our shop is tucked away in Bani Park at D-121 on Kabir Marg. It's a nice part of town, pretty central for anyone in Jaipur. We’ve got this spot in the Padam Sapphire building where we handle the fashion and retail side of things. It’s not just about selling clothes; there’s a lot of inventory management that goes on behind the scenes that people don't see. We spend a lot of time counting stock and making sure the displays look okay. The staff here are mostly local folks who just want to do a good day’s work. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get people into the shop, especially when it’s raining hard or too dusty outside. We just keep the lights on and wait for the regulars to stop by. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around, just a solid business in Bani Park. Dealing with retail means you meet all sorts of people every day. Some are in a hurry and some want to chat. We try to keep things organized but with so many boxes coming in, it can get a bit crowded in the back room. The traffic on Kabir Marg can be a bit much in the evenings, but inside the shop, it’s usually okay. We’ve got some old wooden shelves that we use for the folded items. They’ve been there since we opened. We know our customers by name mostly. It's a simple way to run a retail business.
