We have been running things from 307, Amrapali Plaza for some time now. It’s right near Amrapali Circle in Vaishali Nagar, which is usually a pretty busy spot during the day. If you’re around Jaipur, you probably know the area. We mostly spend our time on the phones or looking at schedules to make sure everything for the tours is sorted out. There are a few of us in the office. It isn’t a very big space but it works for what we need to do. Most days start with tea and then we just get into the bookings. We don't have any fancy displays or anything like that, just some desks and computers. Sometimes the internet acts up but we manage. We’ve had a lot of people walk in just to ask directions because of where we are located. We try to help out when we can. Mostly we are just focused on getting the details right for people who want to travel. It can get a bit hectic when it’s the main season for visitors. We don’t really do much advertising, just word of mouth and people seeing the sign at the plaza. Jaipur is a good place to be based because so many people want to see the forts and the old city. We just stay here in the office and keep things moving. It’s a simple life, honestly. Nothing too complicated, just making sure the cars and hotels are ready for whoever is coming through the city. We enjoy the work.
