Optimum Event

Our office for Optimum Event is over in Malviya Nagar, Sector 9, specifically at Model Town 25. It’s a pretty standard part of the neighborhood and easy enough to find once you are on the right street. We have a small team here and the office is usually filled with the sound of someone typing or the radio playing quietly in the corner. We handle a lot of the planning for events from this location. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a few cupboards where we store old files and some samples. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the actual work of calling suppliers and making sure the timings are right for whatever we are organizing. The area around Sector 9 is nice, with some trees and a few small parks nearby where we sometimes go for a walk when the office feels too small. We usually bring our own lunch or get something from the local shops around the corner. The work can be a bit tiring because things are always changing at the last minute, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do a decent job and make sure the events we handle go okay without too many hiccups.
