Om Metals Auto Pvt. Ltd. (Om Toyota)

We are located at E-57 in Prem Nagar. That is over in the Jhotwara area of Jaipur. People around here usually know us as Om Toyota because of the cars. It’s a pretty big space since we have to deal with vehicles and all the parts that go with them. The workshop is usually humming with some kind of noise throughout the day. We have mechanics and office staff all working in the same general area. It can get a bit loud and sometimes there is a bit of grease around but that is just the nature of working with autos. We spend a lot of time looking at engines and checking schedules. Jhotwara is a busy part of town so there is always something going on outside our gates. We don't really have a fancy waiting room with expensive coffee. We just have some chairs and a water cooler for anyone waiting. Our team at Om Metals Auto Pvt. Ltd. has been doing this for a long time. We know our way around a car and we don't try to talk over people's heads. If something is broken we just say it needs fixing. It’s a practical way to run a business. We start early in the morning and usually wrap up as the sun is going down. It’s hard work but we are used to it by now. We just do our best every day.
