Working out of Ajmeri Gate Tilak Marg is always an experience because of how crowded and lively the area is. At Ocean Seven Buildtech Group, our office is right in the thick of it. You can hear the noise from the street even when the windows are shut. We spend our time looking over blueprints and talking to contractors about various projects. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes the supplies don't show up on time or a plan needs to be changed at the last minute. That's just how the building industry works. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth seems to do the job well enough for us. Our desks are usually covered in rolls of paper and half-empty coffee mugs. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We focus on the practical side of things. If a wall needs to be moved or a pipe is in the wrong place, we deal with it. People come to us when they want to know about development in this part of town. We give them the facts and let them decide. It’s a busy life here near Tilak Marg, but we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and get the work done day after day. It's what we've been doing for years now and it seems to work out okay for everyone involved.
