You can find us at Malviya Nagar on Sirsi Road, not too far from the Apex Circle. It’s a newer part of the city and things are still developing around here. Our building stands out because it’s a bit taller than some of the others. There is a security guard at the gate who recognizes most of the people coming in and out. The lobby is simple with a few plants and a bench that’s seen better days. We spend a lot of time in the office on the ground floor. The windows look out onto the parking area and the street. It’s often windy here, so you can hear the whistling through the window frames sometimes. We have some blueprints and maps of the area pinned up on a corkboard. The lift is a bit slow, so we usually just take the stairs if we’re only going up a floor or two. People from the nearby apartments stop by to ask questions or just to say hello. It’s a growing community. There is a lot of construction noise from time to time as new houses go up nearby. We keep a stash of biscuits and some tea bags for when we have visitors. It’s a plain office with basic desks and chairs. We don't have any flashy displays or big screen TVs. It’s just a practical space where we handle the day-to-day stuff for the building.
