NIRWAN PROJECT MANAGEMENT LLP

We are located out on Morija Road, right near Keshave Nagar in Chomu. It is a busy spot, especially with the traffic coming through Govind Nagar during the day. Nirwan Project Management is basically our home base for handling all the different building jobs we have going on. The office sits on Khasra No. 6844, which sounds a bit complicated on paper but it is easy to find once you are in the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time coordinating workers and making sure materials get to where they need to be on time. It is a lot of phone calls and checking schedules. Some days are definitely smoother than others in this line of work. We do not have any of those fancy modern offices you see in the big city centers. Ours is more about being functional for the work we do. We have desks, some chairs, and a lot of maps and project drawings pinned up on the walls. Being in Chomu is good for us because we are close to the sites we manage. If something goes wrong at a site, we can get there pretty fast to see what is happening. We have been at this for a bit now, and we have learned that things rarely go exactly to plan, so we just adapt. It is practical work. We handle the paperwork and timelines so the actual building can happen. It is just a group of us trying to keep everything organized.
