Our office is at 51 G Block in Sri Ganganagar. It is a pretty straightforward place where we handle the day-to-day stuff for our infrastructure projects. Being in this part of Rajasthan means we have to deal with a lot of wind and dust, especially when we are out on the roads. We are not a giant company with hundreds of employees. We are just a local group of people who understand how to build things here. Most of our time is spent coordinating where the gravel and the heavy machinery need to go next. The office is usually a bit messy with maps and site reports scattered around. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just try to make sure the work gets finished before the monsoon rains start making everything muddy. Our team is mostly made up of guys who grew up right here in Sriganga Nagar. We know the local suppliers and which ones actually show up on time. Sometimes we stay late to finish the paperwork, but mostly we try to get home for dinner. It is physical work and it can be tiring, but it feels good to see a road or a foundation finished. We don't spend money on big ads or billboards. Most people find us by word of mouth or by seeing our equipment out on a job site somewhere in the district.
