Our place is out in Sanganer, right across from the Air Port Terminal-I. Being so close to the airport means we see a lot of people coming in and out of the city. It’s a dusty area, especially with all the construction that seems to be going on forever. I spend most of my day in the shop, watching the planes take off and landing while I wait for customers. The office is pretty basic, just a desk, a couple of plastic chairs, and a fan that makes a bit of a clicking noise. It’s not a fancy corporate setup by any means. We handle a lot of airport transfers, but we also do regular taxi work for people living in the Sanganer area. I usually have a newspaper spread out on my desk to read when things are quiet. My brother and I run the place together. One of us is always here while the other is out checking on the cars or dealing with the mechanics. It’s a long day, often starting before sunrise if there's an early flight. We don't use any big marketing tricks. We just tell people the price and see if they want to go. The heat can be brutal in the summer, but we have a small cooler that helps a little. It’s just a regular life, running a travel business and dealing with whatever the day brings.
