Neelambika Hightech Buildcom LLP is right in Jaipur. Our office is G-2 at Balaji Tower First. It is a central spot in the city which makes it easier for us to get around to different sites. We call ourselves a buildcom because that is exactly what we do. We spend our mornings looking at new sites and our afternoons at the office in Balaji Tower handling the logistics. Jaipur is growing fast, so there is always a lot of activity on the streets and at the construction zones. We don't have a massive staff, just enough people to keep the projects on track. The office isn't anything spectacular, just a ground floor space where we keep our maps and contracts. We don't spend money on expensive decorations; we would rather keep the business running smoothly. It gets a bit loud with the traffic outside sometimes, but that is Jaipur for you. We deal with the technical side of building, trying to keep up with how things are done these days. We don't make big promises or use a lot of talk. We just show up at G-2, check the schedule, and get to work. Most of our time is spent making sure the builders have the right instructions. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the supplies arrive when they are supposed to. We just keep our heads down and stay busy until the sun goes down.
