Navratan Colonisers & Developers Private Limited has been operating out of Janta Colony for a while now. Our place is at A-23, which is right near the ICICI Bank. It is a good landmark because everyone knows where the bank is, so it makes finding us a lot easier for people coming from other parts of town. We are mostly involved in sorting out land and developing plots where people can eventually put up their homes or shops. It is a lot of paperwork and dealing with local authorities, which can be pretty tiring some weeks. We are not the type of company that has a lot of slick advertisements or fancy brochures. We usually just talk to people face-to-face and explain what is available in the colony or nearby areas. The office is pretty simple, nothing too modern, just a place to sit down and go over maps and documents. Being in Janta Colony gives us a good feel for what the local market is doing. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some days are just filled with phone calls and trying to resolve small issues with boundaries or permissions. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We try to be straightforward about what we can do and what the costs are without any hidden surprises or complicated talk.
