Nature Homes Builders and Developers LLP is located up on the 8th floor of the Signature Tower. Our specific spots are 814 and 815, which isn't too hard to find once you get inside. We are situated in DC 2Lal Kothi, right there behind the Apex Mall. It’s a pretty recognizable landmark in the area, so people usually find us without much trouble. Being on the 8th floor gives us a bit of a view of the city, though we spend most of our time looking at our desks and getting through the daily tasks. It’s a busy part of town because of the mall, but it stays relatively calm once you get up to our level. We’ve been operating under the name Nature Homes for some time now. The office is just a regular workspace where we handle the building and development side of things. We aren't big on flashy stuff or complicated mission statements. It’s just us, working out of Signature Tower every day. Sometimes the traffic behind Apex Mall can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, but that’s just how it is in this part of the city. We keep things pretty simple here. When you walk into rooms 814 or 815, you’ll just see people working and folders piled up. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We like being centrally located like this because it’s convenient for everyone.
