National Diamond Tools

National Diamond Tools is located at J-1095 in the Sitapura Industrial Area. Working in an industrial zone like this means dealing with a lot of dust and noise every day. The drive out here can be a bit long when the traffic is heavy, but we have been in this spot for quite a while. Our shed is filled with machines for making and fixing diamond tools used for cutting and grinding. The floor is made of concrete and it usually has metal shavings or cooling oil on it. It’s hard work and the shop gets very hot in the summer, so we keep the big front doors open to get a breeze. We keep our stock on heavy metal racks, and sometimes it takes a bit of searching to find the exact size someone needs. The office is just a small partitioned corner with a few old desks and a computer that has seen better days. We usually eat our lunch together in the back room before getting back to the machines. It is a plain, functional place that serves its purpose for the work we do. Sitapura has changed a lot since we first started, but our little corner at J-1095 stays pretty much the same. We just focus on the daily orders and getting them shipped out to the customers. There is nothing fancy about how we operate, we just keep at it.
