Our office is up on the third floor of the Asharam Kadel Bhavan. If you know the Gopal Ji Ka Rasta area in Jaipur, you know how crowded it can get downstairs. Lalaniyo Ka Chowk is always full of activity. We chose to be on a higher floor because it’s a little quieter up here away from the main street noise. Getting things up and down the stairs can be a bit of a workout sometimes, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been operating as Natani Jewels for a bit, focusing on the jewellery side of things. The space is mostly filled with our desks and the various items we are working on at any given time. It’s not a big showroom with lights and mirrors; it’s more of a practical workspace where we get things done. Jaipur is a hub for this kind of work, so being in the heart of the city makes sense for us. We see the same tea seller every morning and the neighbors in the building are all doing similar work. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out or use the backup. It’s a very local way of doing business. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything. You just walk in and see us working. It’s honest work and we stay busy with the orders that come in through our usual contacts.
