We just handle the steel and make sure the counts are right for everyone. It’s a practical job for practical people who don't mind getting their hands dirty. The heat in Kartarpura can be something else in the peak of summer, but we just drink a lot of water and keep the work moving. We’ve been at this address for a good while, and the locals know we’re the ones to talk to for this kind of stuff. We don't have a mission statement; we just have a daily schedule that we try to stick to. It’s a basic setup with a small office and a lot of storage space for the heavy stuff.
