You can find us at C Scheme, Sardar Patel Marg 72. It’s a decent area, a bit quieter than the main markets, which is nice when we are trying to concentrate on itinerary details. Namaskar Tours is basically a small room with a few phones and a lot of work to do, though we don't like to make a big deal of it. We’ve been at this address for several years now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to worry about that. My nephew handles the computer stuff while I talk to the customers. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure people get their tickets on time and don't get lost. We spend a lot of time double-checking dates and names because mistakes are a pain to fix later. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know the taxi drivers and the hotel clerks by name. If someone asks for a recommendation, we tell them the truth based on what we’ve heard from other travelers. It’s a simple operation at Sardar Patel Marg 72. We aren't trying to become a huge corporation. We just like running our own show and helping people see a bit of the world. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy during the peak season when everyone wants to go somewhere.
