I've been at A 36 on Tilak Nagar Vidhyalaya Mrg for a while now. It’s just me, Naina Saraf, running things here. It isn't a huge place, just a simple setup where I handle daily work. Most people in the neighborhood know where the building is. I started this because I needed something to do that felt useful. Sometimes it gets a bit busy and the paperwork piles up on the desk, but that’s just how it goes when you’re doing it yourself. I don’t have a big team or fancy meetings. If you walk past the school road, you’ll see the sign. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the work gets done. I try to stay organized, though some days are easier than others. It’s a quiet spot for the most part. I spend most of my mornings here getting through the list of tasks. There’s no big secret to how I run things. It’s just about being here every day and making sure the people who come by get what they need. It’s been a learning process, figuring out the best way to manage everything. I like being in Tilak Nagar. It feels like home and the commute isn't too bad. People usually just call or drop in if they have a question. It’s pretty straightforward. Nothing flashy, just a regular local business. I'm usually here from nine to five most weekdays.
