There’s a fine white dust that covers everything, no matter how much we sweep. We have stacks of diamond blades and grinding wheels all over the place. Most of the people who come in are workers from the nearby sites. They’re usually looking for something that won't break on them halfway through a job. We show them what we have, and sometimes we even test things out on a scrap piece of rock out back. It’s practical work. My hands are usually calloused and dry from the environment.
