MUFADDAL HOUSING LLP

Our place is in Udaipur, specifically at New Fatehpura, numbers 13-14 in Bhan Bagh. It’s a nice area, and we’ve been here for a while now. Mufaddal Housing LLP is what we call ourselves. We do a lot of work related to housing, as the name suggests. Udaipur is a beautiful city, but working in the building sector here means dealing with a lot of narrow streets and specific local rules. Our office in Bhan Bagh is where all the planning happens. It’s usually cluttered with blueprints and half-empty cups of tea. We don't have a marketing team or a PR person writing stuff for us. We just write down what we need to get done. The staff is local, and we’ve known most of our suppliers for years. It’s about those relationships more than anything else. Sometimes the rains in Udaipur make it hard to get to the sites, so we spend those days catching up on paperwork. It’s not the most exciting thing in the world, but it’s necessary. We try to be straightforward with everyone we deal with. There’s no point in making things more complicated than they are. We’re just a small group of people who know a bit about houses and land. We like it here in Bhan Bagh. It feels like the right place for us to be. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
