We run Mrq Bus Service out of Shop No. 3 at Ghat Gate, right on Agra Road. We are pretty close to the old Ankur Cinema, which everyone around here knows. It’s a small shop, mostly just a counter and some chairs for people waiting for their tickets or their buses to arrive. Agra Road is always jammed with traffic, so there’s a lot of noise and exhaust fumes, but that’s just life at the gate. We handle a lot of different routes, mostly focused on people traveling out toward the Agra side. The walls of the shop have old posters and timetables taped up. It’s not the most modern place, but it’s where we do our business every day. I spend most of my time talking to passengers, answering questions about departure times, and dealing with the bus staff. Sometimes the buses are delayed because of the traffic in the city, and we have to explain that to the people waiting. It can be a bit chaotic during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go home. We just do our best to keep things organized. We aren't a big corporation; it’s just a small local operation helping people get where they need to go. There’s usually a pot of tea going in the back, and neighbors often stop by to chat. It’s a very local, down-to-earth kind of place where things are always moving and the phone never stops ringing.
