Motif Capacitors is over at B 3 on Sansar Chandra Road, right in the City Centre area. It’s a busy spot with lots of shops and people constantly moving about. Our office is in a building that’s seen a lot of history. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of shelves and some workstations where we check the components. Capacitors aren't the most exciting thing to talk about, but they’re what we do all day long. The office is usually filled with the sound of the radio playing in the background and the occasional beep from a testing machine. We have a few desks where we handle the paperwork, and they’re usually buried under stacks of invoices. It’s not a high-tech looking place despite what we sell. We use old fans instead of fancy air conditioning most of the time because it’s just easier. The windows look out over the street, so there’s always the sound of horns honking. We’ve got a small crew, and we’ve all been working together for quite a while now. We don't really have any big meetings; we just talk across the room if something needs doing. It’s a very casual atmosphere. We don't have any posters on the walls about success or anything. It’s just a place where we come to work, handle the shipments, and then head home. It’s a straightforward business in a very busy part of the city. We keep it simple and just do our jobs.
