Our office is located at K-512 in Ranjeet Nagar, which sits within the larger Mahaveer Nagar area near Sanganer Railway Station. Being so close to the station means we hear the trains quite often, but you honestly get used to the sound after the first week. Morachi India Estate Private Limited is based right here. It’s a practical location because it’s easy for people to find once they get off the train. The building is a typical Jaipur style, sturdy and built to handle the heat. We have a small entrance where we keep our shoes sometimes if it’s raining outside. Inside, the rooms are a bit small but we’ve managed to fit everyone’s desks without it feeling too cramped. We have some old maps of the city pinned to the walls and a lot of ledgers piled up. It’s not the kind of place with a glass elevator or a fancy lobby. We just have a fan in every room and a small fridge for cold water. The neighborhood is quite busy with people heading to the station, so there’s always something to look at out the window. We’ve been in this spot for some time and the local chai wallah knows exactly how we like our tea. It’s a very ordinary, hardworking environment. We don’t pretend to be something we’re not. We just show up and do the job every day.
