We are located at number 45 in Surendra Pal Colony, right off New Sanganer Road. It’s a decent spot for us to run our project business. Our business is Mittalbhai Projects Pvt Ltd and we deal with various construction and development tasks. We aren't a massive firm with a thousand employees. We are a smaller team that focuses on getting projects finished without too much fuss. Our office is a place where we do our planning, look over blueprints, and talk to contractors. It’s often a bit noisy with phones ringing or people coming in to discuss building materials. We’ve been around this part of town for a while and have seen how New Sanganer Road has developed. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We are just people who know how to manage a project from start to finish. Some days we are out on-site getting our shoes dusty, and other days we are stuck at the desk doing calculations. It’s a mix of both. We don't have a fancy reception area, just some chairs and a table where we can look at drawings. We value the relationships we have built with local suppliers and workers over the years. It is about getting the job done properly and moving on to the next one. That’s how we operate here. We usually have a lot of blueprints rolled up in the corner to sort through.
