We’ve been here for a while, focusing on the local housing market. Our office is just a regular building where we keep all our files and meet with people who are looking for a new home. Jaipur is growing fast, and Vaishali Nagar is right in the middle of all that expansion. We spend a lot of our time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. It’s not a polished corporate environment. It’s more of a working office with stacks of paper and maps on the tables. We don’t use any fancy sales tactics. We just show people what we’re building and tell them how it is. Sometimes we have to deal with delays or problems at the sites, but we just take it one step at a time. The 302021 area is home to us, and we know the streets and the people around here quite well. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with big words or shiny brochures. We just do the work of building homes. It’s what we know how to do. Most days involve a lot of coffee and a lot of talking on the phone to get things sorted. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us going.
