You can find Meghmala Travels tucked away in Jayanti Market at S-7. This market is always packed with people looking for one thing or another. We’ve been here for a good bit of time now. Our office isn't very large, just enough room for a few chairs and a desk where we handle all the bookings. Most of the day is spent looking at schedules and talking to folks who want to go somewhere else for a few days. We don't have those big shiny posters you see in some offices. It’s mostly just us and our computer. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but we’re used to it. People come to us because they know we’ve been in the market for years. We aren't some big chain; it's just a small local spot. The stairs up to the shop can be a bit steep if you aren't careful. We see a lot of regulars who’ve been coming to us since we first opened the doors. It’s nice to see familiar faces and hear about their trips. We just try to get the tickets done right so nobody has a headache later. It’s a simple way to make a living, helping people get from one place to another. Jayanti Market is a hectic place to work, but it feels like home to us now. We stay open until late evening most days because that's when the market really wakes up.
