Mayurs Kitchen

You can find Mayurs Kitchen at B-2, Plot No:-501, in Sector-2 of Chitra Koot. We are tucked away in a residential part of Vaishali Nagar. It’s a bit quieter here than the main markets, which is nice for us. We started this kitchen because we wanted to do something on our own. It’s not a big restaurant with waiters and a host at the door. It’s more of a practical setup where we focus on the cooking part. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen every day, from early morning until the last order is done. Since we are in Chitra Koot, we get a lot of people from the nearby houses who know us by name. We don't use any fancy language to describe our food. We just make what we know how to make. Sometimes we try out a new dish if we feel like it, but mostly we stick to what people like. The address is pretty easy to find once you get into Sector 2. We keep things pretty informal around here. If you come by, you’ll probably see one of us cleaning up or checking the supplies. It’s a small team, and we all do a bit of everything. We aren't trying to be a big chain or anything like that. We just want to keep the kitchen running and make sure the food is decent. It’s a lot of work, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills.
