Manoj Kitchen Ware

If you find yourself near Ghat Gate in the Sanjay Bazar area, you’ll probably see our shop. We are at number 119. It’s a very busy part of the market. Everyone is always in a rush there. Our shop is packed tight with kitchen things made of steel, brass, and aluminum. We have huge pots, small spice boxes, and every kind of spoon. It’s a bit of a maze inside. We have to stack things from the floor all the way to the ceiling. It's the only way to make everything fit. Most of the day is spent helping people. They need a specific size of container or want to know how a cooker works. The bazaar is noisy and dusty. There’s a good energy to it though. We spend a lot of time unpacking crates that arrive from the wholesalers. This usually leaves a lot of cardboard scraps on the floor. We have to clear them away later. We don't have a big staff. It's just a couple of us. We know where every single item is hidden. It gets quite warm in the afternoon. We usually have a fan going near the front door. People from all over the city come here. They pick up items for their homes because they know we have variety. It’s not a fancy place. We are just a hardworking shop in the middle of a very crowded bazaar.
