We are located in Sanganer Sector-3, right near the Tonk Road side. It’s a decent spot for an appliance shop. We have been here in Pratap Nagar for a good while. Inside, you’ll find the usual stuff people need for their houses. Fans, mixers, some small heaters for when the winter gets cold. It’s not a giant showroom or anything like that. Just a regular shop where you can walk in and see what we have on the floor. Some of the boxes are stacked a bit high, so you have to be careful walking around. We spend a lot of time talking to people about why their iron stopped working or which fan is the quietest. It gets quite dusty because of the road nearby, so we spend a lot of the morning just wiping things down. Most of our customers are from the neighborhood. They come here because it’s easier than driving all the way into the main city. We know most of the people who live in Sector-3. Sometimes we have to order things in if we don't have them in stock, which takes a few days. We try to be honest about how long it will take. Dealing with electrical things can be tricky, so we always tell people to be careful with their wiring at home. It’s just me and a helper most days, and we try to get through the work without too much trouble.
